Descriptif du poste
As part of our international development, we are recruiting a Project Planner to support our Data Center projects in Southern Europe (Italy, Spain).
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Develop and manage the Master Schedule and detailed Operational Schedule using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Prepare and monitor planned progress curves by discipline and compare them to actual progress
- Collect input from all relevant departments to build the Procurement Plan and track its progress
- Review and integrate subcontractor schedules, ensuring alignment with the overall timeline
- Issue and update short-term (lookahead) schedules for site execution
- Participate in the budget preparation process, supporting planning-related inputs
- Monitor physical progress across all disciplines and subcontractors, identifying delays and risks
- Propose and help implement mitigation strategies in collaboration with the Project Manager and Site Director
- Prepare and present progress reports, including dashboards and physical advancement curves
- Attend weekly and monthly coordination meetings with site and discipline leads
- Ensure consistency between procurement progress, subcontractor execution, and overall project milestones
- Produce the monthly progress report summarizing the physical status and KPIs of the project
Candidate Profile
- Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture)
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in planning and scheduling
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS project
- Good command of the English language (written and spoken)

- Experience in data centers or renewable sector and mission-critical environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
