Job Description

As part of our international expansion, we are recruiting a Project Manager to lead our data center projects in Madrid and across Spain.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the full lifecycle of data center projects, from planning to handover.
• Managing project scope, cost, schedule, and risks to meet objectives.
• Coordinating engineering teams, site management, and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety, and contractual obligations.
• Monitoring progress and aligning procurement, subcontractors, and milestones.
• Delivering high-quality reporting and KPIs to senior management and clients.
• Conducting regular project and coordination meetings.
• Identifying risks, issues, and opportunities, and implementing corrective actions.
• Acting as the primary interface with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.

Candidate Profile

Hard Skills

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong command of project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel).
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating international teams.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish is an asset.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership, autonomy, and accountability.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and in multicultural environments.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in data centers, renewable energy, or mission-critical environments.
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).
